How can I book my photo?

Ready to create history? Click ‘Book with Us’ to schedule your group portrait today! If your anticipated date and time is unavailable through online scheduling, please don’t hesitate to shoot us an email or call. We will be happy to accommodate you in any way we can!

What if we can’t make our scheduled appointment time?

If you can’t make your scheduled appointment, we are always available by phone (202)544-6065 or email info@centralphotocompany.com. During the high season (March-June), most appointment adjustments can be accommodated as our permit allows for multiple days of photography.

What if there is inclement weather on the day we have our photo scheduled?

We recommend booking your photo appointment for the beginning of your trip, leaving room to reschedule if needed. Central Photo will photograph your group rain or shine! However, if there are extreme weather conditions that would create an unsafe environment, we will be happy to reschedule to the day and time of your choice!

Where should we meet the photographer?

When it is time for your scheduled portrait, your group should meet the photographer at the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial on the west side of the Capitol Building. When you are looking at the capitol from the Grant Memorial, the Central Photo photographer will be on the left set of steps. As always, we are available by phone for immediate assistance.

What is the photo turnaround time?

Can’t wait to see your photos? We know our clients are eager to receive their prints, so we pride ourselves on delivering the best quality photos with a quick turn around time. You should expect to receive your photos 14 days after your scheduled appointment!

How are the photos delivered?

After your order has been printed according to our exacting quality control standards, it will be packaged with care. All orders are shipped via UPS, free of charge, directly from us to you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

How can I pay for my photos?

After your scheduled appointment time, we will invoice you accordingly. We accept all major credit cards over the phone or a check by mail within 30 days of the invoice date.Please note, when paying with a debit or credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be charged. If you would like to pay for your photos during your scheduled portrait time, we accept checks and all major credit or debit cards on site. Please make all checks payable to Central Photo Company.
